Sometimes it seems monotonous, and sorry for that. But for me this is a good way to check and record what I'm *not* doing. Drinking used to be everything, every evening, all week.
Now I've nearly gone a whole year without drinking alcohol. I've been drinking substitutes, some more successful than others, but I've felt a shit-ton better.
I may never drink again.

I tried a can of non-alcoholic Pine Trail Pale Ale last night. I filled it with a can of Bud Zero which tasted nicer. The Pine Trail was nice , but it was no Coast Co IPA...
